Lumi28
A pocket academy about weight, for women with full calendars
The scale, the jeans, the 3pm slump. Lumi28 turns the whole topic into levels.
Maybe the jeans at the back of the drawer stopped closing. Maybe the afternoon feels like wading through syrup. Maybe you'd just like to like a photo of yourself for once. Plenty of women in your spot want to feel good in the mirror again, and want to learn about their weight without handing over their evenings.
Lumi28 is a course app built like a game: 28 short lessons across five levels, a tiny practice after every lesson, and a streak that politely asks for you tomorrow.

Hi, DanaTuesday, lesson time
Level 2 of 5The family dinner table: who serves, who scrapes the pan
An ordinary week, counted by Lumi28
Weight talk usually starts and ends with one number. Lumi28 likes to look at the whole board.
The scale reads one number a day. Lumi28 is curious about the other 167 hours.
Eating moments in a sample week
A sketch Lumi28 drew for illustration, not a survey. Yours will look different.
Weekends tend to look busier on paper: brunches, birthdays, the leftover cake. Level 2 has a whole lesson on it.
How a busy day can feel, hour by hour
Another sketch: energy and mood as many women describe a packed weekday.
That dip has a level of its own. Lumi28 calls it the 3pm slump file.

Streak days
A day counts once a lesson is cleared. Miss one and a weekly freeze token steps in, no fuss.
Lessons cleared
Out of 28, drawn as a level bar so the next unlock is always in sight.
Practice ticks
Every one-minute practice you finish earns a tick. Small wins, counted out loud.
Afternoon check-in
One tap, three faces: how the day feels around 3pm. Just for your own notes.
Water glasses
Tap a glass whenever you think of it. Lumi28 adds them up.
Scale log, if you want it
Off unless you switch it on. Entries stay private and never show up in circles.
Circles that meet on a rhythm
Lumi28 members don't do lessons in a void. They gather in small circles with a fixed beat.
The 12:30 lunch circle
Weekdays. One lesson over a sandwich, then everyone drops a tick in the thread.
The after-bedtime circle
For when the kids are finally asleep. A quiet 9:30 lesson and a sofa-friendly practice.
Sunday planning table
Members map out which lessons land on which weekday, over coffee and a shared checklist.
Streak pairs
Two members, one shared streak. When one of you slips, the other gets a gentle nudge to send a wave.
Level-up threads
Clear a level and the thread fills with cheers from people who were stuck on the same lesson last month.
Quick ones before level one
How long is a lesson, really?
About six minutes to read or listen, plus a one-minute practice. Lumi28 times them to fit a coffee break, a bus ride or the wait at school pickup.
Is Lumi28 a diet with a meal plan?
No. It's an academy: lessons about the scale, plates, snacks, small bits of movement and the mirror. There is no menu to follow and no list of banned foods.
What happens if the streak breaks?
Lumi28 shrugs. Levels you've cleared stay cleared, a freeze token covers one missed day a week, and the next lesson waits right where you left it.
